Help, RAV4 for car camping!? We’re a young couple with two dogs (50lbs each) that loves camping and exploring. We’re trying to make a decision between a RAV4 Hybrid AWD or 4Runner SR5 4WD. Hybrid (or even Eco mode for the gas models) let's you control acceleration better so you don't step on it too fast from a dead stop. The current RAV4 looks great so hopefully any exterior look changes are minimal. The interior could use a slight upgrade. Utilitarian is good but maybe a bit better. ...
